DC Tea Party – April 15

I came, I saw, I froze my tush off! BUT!!!! It was absolutely amazing! I arrived about 1:15pm–had a minor sign malfunction prior to leaving the house and DEAR LORD THE PARKING! THE PARKING!!! Some day maybe the Metro stations will have half-way adequate parking. So anyways, I got there just as the rain started…
