This is what my day started off with this morning:

Apparently my idea of a representative being with me shortly is a lot shorter than 96 minutes, which is when I finally got someone to answer. Silly me. The sad thing is that it would’ve taken even MORE time had I called. My issue was finally resolved at about ten till twelve. Nothing like losing nearly a half-day of work due to a system glitch.

This is a blog where I will share my adventures and mundane tasks as a work-out-of-home-mom. I now have 2 kids and my wonderful husband, so the juggling has gotten a little bit more tricky (man-on-man defense). We also have 2 dogs and 3 cats (we used to have 4) so as you can imagine, our household is pretty busy. Since I never feel like I'm being listened to, I figured I'll just start talking at the general Internet community and see what happens.

Wow, that wait time is crazy! Do you have to bill your time? Because that would totally screw with my hours target and would make me Very Angry.

Oh. Mi. Gawd. That was at work? That kind of shit only happens to me at home. A lot. Come to think of it I don’t work outside the home… could this be why? 😉

Wow! Hope you showed that to your boss when he/she asked why you wasted half your day. I must say though that you have the patience of a champ! – No I have no idea what that means.
